Loyalty Card Scheme

I have a limited number of loyalty cards to give away to new clients – first come, first served!

I believe that continuity of care, with the same professional seeing your horse at regular intervals, is key to your horse’s health, happiness, and performance. Working as a Chartered Physiotherapist, continuity of care allows me to get to know your horse over time, understand their quirks, and know what is ‘normal’ for him or her. This places me in the best position to identify any changes or new issues that might arise, rather than later down the line when issues have become deeper set.

Seeing your horse at regular intervals allows me to re-assess, change, or progress any treatment plans, and build rapport with you and your horse. Regular treatment sessions can help to prevent your horse becoming stiff and sore, which might lead to time off work.

I can also get to understand your goals as a rider or owner and support you to get the best out of your horse.

I am hoping that my loyalty cards will help encourage continuity of care for you and your horse, and support regular appointments, for the reasons described above.
